Since its founding in 1989, Renew Moline has been involved in most major development projects downtown.  Leading planning and design for the reuse of former John Deere properties, Renew’s efforts have led to anchor projects such as the John Deere Commons, Heritage Place and KONE, Inc office towers, Bass Street Landing and Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center; along with Western Illinois University Quad Cities campus.  These developments, along with significant additions in hotel and residential uses are the foundation on which our future will continue to be built.
