The John Deere Pavilion is an attraction and museum opened in 1997 as part of an urban renewal project on the site of the former John Deere Plow Works (first built in 1848). Conveniently located across from the Vibrant Arena at the MARK, the John Deere Pavilion offers easy parking and quick access to local restaurants. Because Deere is proud of its heritage and encourages everyone to experience its history, the museum is free and open to the public.
