Renew Moline manages the Moline Centre Program through a contract with the City of Moline.  Moline Centre is a business improvement district, called “Special Service Area” in Illinois.   The Moline Centre Program Manager works with the Special Service Area Boards as well as the City to ensure that that downtown experience is the best it can be for everyone.  This involves overseeing maintenance work, coordinating special events, and placemaking activities.  The program also connects downtown businesses to each other and the City through a network called the “Moline Merchants”.  The Moline Centre Program is an important resource to help downtown thrive!
