Renew Moline has an agreement with the Moline Community Development Corporation to provide structure, staff and office space for the organization.  Formed in 2009, MCDC is a separate entity (also a 501c3), but it did not have a full-time executive director. When its part time director left in 2021, MCDC’s future was uncertain.   With Renew’s support, in late 2022, MCDC hired a new executive director who moved into the Renew office.  The arrangement offers the opportunity for both organizations to pursue goals of mutual benefit, and create efficiencies in use of space.
