Russell Construction and the Amin Group teamed up on this 31-unit residential development, 5 & 15 Apartments. The market rate renovation included the 2nd through 9th floors and accommodates four units on each floor. Long time tenant, Chase Bank, remains on the first floor. The development preserved many of the unique historical elements of the building and provides incredible views of downtown Moline and the Mississippi River.
