This included a new 54,000 sq ft manufacturing facility adjacent to the existing plant and renovations to transform existing space into updated administrative and training areas.

Through 2024-2025, Parr systematically built out the new manufacturing addition, upgraded equipment, and expanded operational space to support workforce needs. In December 2025, Parr held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of both the expansion and renovation, alongside the company’s 125th anniversary – a major milestone for the organization and the Moline community.
