The Spiegel Building, 202 20th Street, is one of the few remaining factory buildings in downtown Moline from the industrial era. The building was built between 1928 and 1930 as the Eagle Signal Building. The City of Moline has also acquired a parcel north of the building from the Illinois Department of Transportation in order to provide parking for the Spiegel building.
