Adjacent to the RiverStation office building and opened for use is the $1.3 million Plaza on Bass Street Landing. The area has a zero-entry interactive fountain, a concert/festival space, and dining and retail options.  The Bass Street Landing Plaza provides a venue for concerts and ceremonies. Outdoor events and concerts are held during the summer months on the Plaza at Bass Street Landing, which features a stage and light-strewn public space.
