This 95-room Element Hotel by Starwood is the second hospitality development in Moline by the Amin Group. They are also the development group and owners of the Radisson at the John Deere Commons.
The hotel is open in the historic O’Rourke Building, a 6-story, former warehouse in Moline, IL. The Element hotel flag was secured by the Amin Group for this project in April 2014. The Element Hotel is one component of the larger development collective known as The Q.
