HOW DO I BECOME A RENEW  MOLINE MEMBER?

Renew Moline, Inc. consists of a wide variety of members and member organizations.  There are three levels of Renew Moline membership:

1. Contributing Voting Member or "Class A" member

2. Non-Contributing Non-Voting Member or "Class B" / Associate member

3. Contributing Non-Voting Member or "Class C" / Institutional member

To become a Contributing Voting Member an organization must

1. have been invited to and made application for membership

2. have stated an interest in attending meetings and being active voting members

3. be willing and able to pledge a membership fee of at least $15,000 which may be paid installments of net less than $5,000 over a period of time not to exceed three (3) years.  Member may then choose to lower this to $1,750 per year thereafter

4. have been accepted as a member by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

To become a Non-Contributing Non-Voting Member an organization must

1. charitable, public or government organizations willing to support and promote the mission of Renew Moline

2. have been invited to and made application for membership

3. have been accepted as a member by a majority vote of the Board of Directors

To become a Contributing Non-Voting Member an organization must

1. have been invited to and made application for membership

2. be willing and able to pledge a membership fee of at least $15,000 which may be paid installments of net less than $5,000 over a period of time not to exceed three (3) years. Member may then choose to lower this to $1,750 per year thereafter

3. have been accepted as a member by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

All member organizations may select one person to attend Renew Moline Board of Director meetings, however, only Contributing Voting Member Organizations will have a person from their organization appointed as a Director on the Renew Moline Board of Directors. And only Directors are able to vote regarding matters brought to the attention of the Board of Directors.
