PROJECT OVERVIEW - $5 Million Investment

FlexTech is a high-priority development project within RiverTech that is geared to create a critical bridge between the region’s emerging businesses and the mature companies that will grow our "innovation economy."  With flexible research and development space, FlexTech brings to the Quad Cities the space required for technology companies to expand and grow, while maintaining a high-tech image along the shores of the Mississippi River. 

This flexible space can be used for office, laboratory, research, or prototype development space.  FlexTech offers a premier location proximate to downtown Moline, the master planned office and residential district at University Square, the Western Illinois University Quad Cities Riverfront Campus, unrivaled IT infrastructure, and numerous business development organizations. 

Hendricks Development Group has agreed to develop the first building with plans to speculate the twin building once the first building is leased up.  Once financing is secured for the project, groundbreaking will immediately follow. 

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

FlexTech will be a modern building with resources to fit tech-based firms.  Large windows create an almost panoramic view of north, towards the Mississippi.

FlexTech has been designed as a phase-in between startup businesses and mature businesses that require innovative technologies and equally innovative people. The following are just some of FlexTech’s missions/goals:
