PROJECT OVERVIEW - $10 Million Investment Moline Enterprise Live-Work Lofts is a pedestrian oriented high-density mixed-use development on the corner of 19th Street and River Drive conveniently located within a few short blocks of the Bass Street Landing, the 5th and 6th Avenue retail area and the Deere & Company IT Center. The developer, Gorman & Company, has a history of creating successful residential communities including the recently opened Old Moline High School Loft Apartments. The prototype of the development proposed is Gorman’s very well received Park East Enterprise Lofts in Milwaukee. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Conceived as an incubator for home based businesses the Moline Enterprise Live-Work Lofts is designed as a high tech urban live-work community featuring 69 residences supported with a range of full range of amenities including a conference room, a theater designed to accommodate multimedia presentations, a fully equipped business center, a cyber café and a penthouse community room complete with an outdoor deck.
